Start with the task, then choose the model
List the operations that require gloves, the materials people handle and how often gloves are replaced. Food handling, cleaning with chemicals and healthcare use call for different checks. Give this information to the supplier and compare it with the model’s intended use and instructions.
A marking or a standard mentioned on a data sheet does not mean a glove suits every application. If the work involves a specific risk, ask for the relevant documents and have the selection checked by the person responsible for workplace safety.
Check the fit with the people wearing the gloves
A glove that is too loose may make handling less easy; one that is too tight may feel uncomfortable. Do not base an order only on the sizes used with another brand. Compare the dimensions on the data sheet and, where possible, try the model before deciding quantities.
Collect users’ size preferences and create a size breakdown. For example, if you need 96 cartons, state how many S, M, L and XL cartons you want rather than simply asking for “96 cartons of gloves”. This makes the quotation and the next order more precise.
Compare weight and specifications in the same size
A weight stated for size M should not be compared directly with a weight for size L. Check the size to which each figure applies and read the other available specifications alongside it, including length, thickness and test results. Weight alone does not describe all of a glove’s performance.
If the work involves detergents or other substances, tell the supplier which products are used and under what conditions. Base the choice on the protection information and limitations in the model’s documents, rather than assuming compatibility from the word “nitrile”.
Choose the colour after checking suitability
Colour can help distinguish departments, tasks or customer preferences. It does not, by itself, establish suitability for food contact or medical use. For food handling, request food contact documentation for the specific model and colour and check the stated conditions of use.
| Model | Sizes |
|---|---|
| Blue LV001 | S, M, L, XL |
| Black LV002 | S, M, L, XL |
| White LV003 | S, M, L, XL |
| Pink LV004 | S, M |
Ask for confirmation of availability and delivery times before ordering.
Compare the complete supply
Compare the same number of gloves, the same size breakdown and the same transport costs. Keep the agreed product code and specifications so you can request the same model at the next order and check for changes. A structured comparison helps you select a supply that fits everyday work.
LUVIN UNIVERSE has a minimum order of 96 cartons in total. You can mix colours and sizes as long as the order totals at least 96 cartons. See the quotation guide for packaging, pallet layers and pallet quantities.
